Newton Homes is currently promoting a number of strategic land and new build development opportunities through the planning system.

MOORES HILL

This project was successfully promoted and gained planning approval for 3 detached bespoke executive homes in the market town of Olney, Buckinghamshire. This was then followed by the successful planning approval and construction of a further two bespoke executive homes on the adjacent site.

WEST STREET, OLNEY

We secured detailed planning permission for two distinctive, executive homes to be built on redundant garden land. In order to gain the planning permission we were required to overcome obstacles such as developing within a conservation area and closely managing archaeological and ecologicalissues. Newton Homes constructed and sold the homes to private buyers. The homes were constructed used local stone thus resulting in a development of the highest quality in a sensitive location.

THURLEIGH

This single building plot already had the benefit of detailed Planning Permission when it was acquired by Newton Homes. Working with the local Planning Authority Newton Homes was able to negotiate an improved planning approval and subsequently constructed a bespoke 4bed detached property.

LAVENDON

A development of two individually designed homes. The site sits within the conservation area and has been sympathetically detailed to contribute to character of this wonderful setting in this north Buckinghamshire village.

The scheme should be complete by the end of 2018.
